In this training, the basics are taught through practicing yoga and information on the theoretical background. Participants receive practical advice on how yoga exercises can be incorporated into lessons with children aged 6 and over.
Regular yoga practice has been proven to improve children’s motor skills and ability to concentrate.

The training includes both short and long yoga sequences.

Fairy tales for preschool children introduce individual yoga postures in a playful way. Connected sequences of yoga postures are then learned. Pictures and fairy tales about asanas turn the yoga posture into an adventure. They stimulate the imagination and increase the joy of practicing. The exercise sequences are rhythmic and suitable for children.
In the training, the basics are taught through your own yoga practice and through information on the theoretical background. Practical examples provide ideas for your own teaching.
