Fairy tales for preschool children introduce individual yoga postures in a playful way. Connected sequences of yoga postures are then learned. Pictures and fairy tales about asanas turn the yoga posture into an adventure. They stimulate the imagination and increase the joy of practicing. The exercise sequences are rhythmic and suitable for children.
In the training, the basics are taught through your own yoga practice and through information on the theoretical background. Practical examples provide ideas for your own teaching.
Sandra Scherer offers training and further education in yoga, as well as in a combination of different methods of bodywork with dance, in an effective combination with coaching and mentoring. A variety of tools from these disciplines are used.
Presence, professional competence and pronounced empathy ensure professional leadership of groups and individual support for all participants.
