What is dance?
In dance, life is reflected in a single moment, because dancing creates an immediate experience.
In the movements, unhealthy tensions dissolve like ice in flowing water, and what remains is joy. Dancing is an experience full of sensuality and joie de vivre.
In spiritual dances, as well as in free dance, the depth of our infinite life force can be experienced. From the ecstasy of dancing, quiet joy can simply arise, subtle and touching. A sublime feeling, yet full of gratitude—perfect moments through dancing.

Yoga and modern dance techniques develop flexibility and strength, permeability, and a more refined sense of body awareness and presence. These fundamentals increase orientation within one's own body and in space. They provide a solid foundation for healing dance, for authentic movement in creative and free dance.
Modern improvisation techniques expand the repertoire.
Dance improvisation from traditional dance forms and expressions from various ethnic dance styles provide new impulses and inspire one's own dance of life. In this way, dance is a living, constantly evolving art that each dancer can experience and express in their own unique way.
In my classes, a combination of yoga and dance is created, with movement and yogic contemplation forming a unity.
Conscious self-awareness, control and giving up control lead to dancing with joy and ease.
Learning dance technique is an important part of the class. Free improvisation is also based on certain structures. But then it lets you dance while being a receptive spectator. A dance from within is spontaneous and simultaneously conscious. The soul doesn't move within a predetermined aesthetic field; instead, it shapes the field.
