The asana practice is mindful, sometimes powerful, and always supported by precise alignment. Fine attention to detail and flowing yoga sequences are thoughtfully coordinated, allowing for both stability and ease in the yoga postures. Meditation begins within the asanas themselves, while attention and inner presence are continuously cultivated.
In Pranayama, the conscious observation and targeted control of the breath harmonize the deeper levels of body and mind, thus promoting inner balance and clarity.
To integrate the newly gained experiences, Yoga Nidra follows the active phases as a guided deep relaxation, thereby supporting regeneration and sustainable anchoring.
Healing silence and selected sounds round off the workshop and open up a space for reflection, collection and inner peace.

This training course will provide foundational knowledge through hands-on yoga practice and information on theoretical aspects.
Background information is provided. Participants receive practical advice on how to incorporate yoga exercises into lessons for children aged 6 and up.
Regular yoga practice has been proven to improve children's motor skills and concentration. Even five- to seven-minute dynamic yoga sequences can produce positive effects. The training includes both short and longer yoga sequences.
An essential prerequisite for successful work with children is one's own understanding of yoga, so one's own yoga practice is also a topic.

This fosters greater clarity and presence not only during the weekend but also provides impulses that will accompany you beyond the mat, helping you integrate new, supportive habits into your daily life. These moments of conscious stillness and mindful breathing can help you stay centered, even in challenging situations.
Pranayama is a subtle practice: the internal movements achieved through targeted breath control are far less visible than, for example, raising an arm, yet their effects unfold noticeably deep within body and mind. Using appropriate techniques, we approach this refined art of yoga step by step, thereby training our awareness of inner processes. In this way, breath can become a conscious tool for regulating energy and promoting inner balance.
The asana practice is dynamic and powerful, finding its balance in restorative, gentle sequences – both sides complement and depend on each other. While the powerful elements promote stability, endurance, and inner strength, the quiet phases support regeneration, letting go, and integration. This alternation creates a balanced practice that both challenges and nourishes.

From yoga to dancing
Iyengar Yoga, known for its precise alignment and mindful attention to detail, creates a healthy foundation and masterfully teaches alignment in dance. Specially selected yoga postures, breathing techniques, and meditative sequences promote mindfulness, inner clarity, and a deeper awareness of the body. This leads to greater presence, expression, and creative freedom in dance.
In the second part, grounding, sensual elements of Oriental dance combine with flowing, contemporary movements. Dance technique, organic transitions, and the playful dialogue between body and space open up new possibilities for a free, authentic dance experience.

Yoga for children - On the trail of happiness

Focus: Child-friendly meditations, relaxation games and yoga.
This practice-oriented seminar provides educators and professionals in the social sector with sound methods to integrate yoga, meditation and relaxation into everyday educational practice in a child-friendly way.
Participants learn how movement and rest can be balanced and mutually beneficial. Through playful and creative exercises, children discover how to consciously perceive their bodies, develop inner peace, and release tension – free from performance pressure and competition.
In addition to practical exercises, the seminar also covers the theoretical foundations of mindfulness, body awareness, and emotional regulation. Furthermore, the training offers practical suggestions on how to integrate yoga and relaxation elements into daily work with children aged 4 to 6 – for example, in daycare centers, preschools, or other social institutions.
The training also teaches the basics through the participant's own yoga practice.

Yoga Voice Dance - The Sound of the Heart
Based on a specific yoga practice, including voice training, voice physiology and improvisation,
unique sound and resonance experiences in singing and movement.
Breathing techniques from yoga and singing form the bridge between outer and inner space. The body can vibrate, resonate, and move in vocal improvisation and authentic dance.
